Brockman-Williams Party - Spinach Balls

Spinach Balls, prepared by Charlotte Brockman

2 Packages Chopped Frozen Spinach, cooked and drained
2 Cups Pepperidge Farms Herbal Stuffing
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
3/4 Cup Melted Butter
1 Tablespoon Garlic Salt
1 Teaspoon Pepper
5 Eggs Beaten
  1. Mix everything together and form balls.
  2. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes

You can make them ahead and freeze them raw. Defrost for 1 hour and bake.
